A member of the management team from the service you enquired at will contact you to discuss availability, answer any questions you may have, and organise either a tour or a waitlist form depending on your needs.

The Service Manager will organise a tour with you and your family. This is a great opportunity to explore our learning environments, meet our educators, ask questions, and learn more about our routines, programs, and child safe practices.

Following your tour, the Service Manager will determine availability based on your child’s age and the days you require care. If a position is available, an enrolment form will be sent to gather all required family and enrolment details.

Enrolment is accepted once all forms are fully completed and returned within the specified timeframe, and a bond payment of $310 per family has been paid to the service. Your child’s enrolment will then be submitted to Centrelink for confirmation and CCS purposes.

The bond payment includes a non-refundable administration fee of $110. The remaining $200 bond will be refunded when your child ceases care at WWEYLC, provided all fees are up to date and outstanding balances have been finalised. A non-refundable administration fee of $110 per child applies to additional siblings upon enrolment.

Prior to your child commencing care, their enrolment details will be provided to their Room Leader and Educators to ensure they are prepared and expecting your child on their first day. Families are encouraged to communicate their child’s routine, likes, dislikes, interests, individual needs, medical conditions, allergies, or any additional support requirements with educators to help us provide the best possible care and support for your child’s transition into care.

On your child’s first day, your Room Leader will warmly welcome you and assist both you and your child in becoming familiar with the daily routine, environment, and the steps involved in settling into their day at WWEYLC.
